Auditing

We specialise in proactive (prior to CQC) and reactive (post CQC) medication management audits to identify areas of concern. From these, turnaround/service improvement plans can be made and support provided to action these. All audits are undertaken by an experienced Specialist Care Services Pharmacist who has personally worked in Adult Social Care Services and is additionally an independent CQC Specialist Advisor.
